One your online booking inquiry comes through we will contact you within an hour to confirm that the your booking has been confirmed and will also discuss your job requirements and other pertinent details.

All payments are required to be made upon job completion. However, if the job requires to be staged over a number of days then we may request a 10% deposit with the balance payable upon job completion. We will of course provide you with a quote prior to commencing or accepting any job orders.

We accept most all credit card payments and also accept bank transfers. We will require full payment upon job completion. You also have the facility to pay online. 

We will always provide you with a quote before starting any job as we like to be fully transparent in our dealings with our customers. Providing the initial quote will set the right expectations and remove any misunderstandings relating to the job requirements. 

Once we inspect the job that needs to be undertaken we will provide you with a quote valid for 30 days. Once you agree to the quote we will start as soon as it is convenient for you.
